天氣酷熱難耐,很多人都會喝樽裝飲品消消暑,但市面上不少飲品都含有大量糖分,攝取過多糖可引致肥胖、蛀牙、代謝綜合症,更增加患心血管疾病的風險。TOPick最近檢視市面上常見的樽裝飲品,整理出63款「非高糖」名單。

根據食物安全中心資料,液體食物中「高糖」、「低糖」及「無糖」的定義如下:
高糖 :每100毫升超過7.5克糖
低糖 :每100毫升不超過5克糖
無糖 :每100毫升不超過0.5克糖
TOPick檢視市面83款樽裝飲品,根據營養標籤所示,比較各款飲品的含糖量,結果發現有63款飲品,每100毫升含糖量不超過7.5克糖,當中亦有部分飲品屬於低糖或無糖。點擊下圖看63款「非高糖」樽裝飲品名單。

根據世界衛生組織(WHO)建議,每人每天的糖份攝取量,應佔每日熱量攝取的10%以下,若能減至5%,則對健康更好。至於2至3歲小童,每天需攝取約1,200卡路里,即約15克(3茶匙) 或以下。
而美國心臟協會(AHA)的專家小組建議,應避免讓2歲以下小童進食「遊離糖」,即所有由製造商、廚師和消費者在食物添加的單糖和雙糖,以及蜜糖、糖漿、果汁和濃縮果汁中天然含有的糖。
